Coffee is a seasonal crop and our team selects coffee beans based on harvest schedule, processing, and availability timelines so that a variety of profiles is always in our lineup.  Though our single origin coffees are typically not available year round and may only be available for a few months, we do plan ahead attempting to stretch out a coffee's availability for our customers.  We have added tasting notes in the description of all our coffees so in the event your favorite Vortex Roasters coffee is unavailable, you likely will find a suitable replacement until your favorite coffee returns to our current roster.  Except for in very rare instances, our blends are available year round with consistent profiles and flavors. All of our coffees are freshly roasted just prior to shipping direct to our customers.
