Legender Especial Peaberry is a unique blend of coffees beans from the micro-regions of Campestre, Poco Fundo and Machado in the Minas Gerais State in Brazil.  Unlike many regions of Brazil with its large commercial coffee farms and immense coffee plantations, Legender Especial is rooted in a much smaller scale approach with the blend of coffees from sitios or very small family run farms.  This coffee was purchased directly from the growers with vetting for processing methods, ethical growing and harvesting standards as well as proof of superior working conditions for their farm workers.

In the cup, the coffee has an above average body with mildly sweet orange citrus meets milk chocolate flavor all underneath a nice round profile.
