Our all African blend combines the origins of three eastern African producers. The combination in the cup produces an elegant cup of coffee that belies in so many ways the many features, highlights and flavors of great coffees of eastern Africa. We combined high elevation coffees from Rwanda, Kenya and Uganda for this palate pleasing special blend.
In the cup, big and complex flavors with a bright character finish. Mouthfeel is light to medium body. Citrus notes meet floral notes with a caramelized sugar and unsweet cocoa flavor throughout. A light tart cherry flavor comes through as the coffee cools slightly. The lingering cocoa bitterness is pleasant with burnt sugar notes and delicate floral flavors balancing it well.
