This delicious blend is a 50/50 fusion of two unique Honduran coffees that each stand alone as excellent coffees but together create a unique experience of an easy drinking Central American coffee with well balanced notes of tart apple and mild tropical citrus with a nice finish that does not linger. Both origin coffee farms are small, multi-generational family run enterprises located 100km apart but on the same central Honduran/Guatemalan foothills above a fertile valley.
We love this coffee as a serene morning coffee as well as an excellent coffee for an afternoon "pick-me-up". It's an all-arounder for sure, and one that is great all day long! Notes of tart apple, tangy citrus and nut-toned chocolate with a sniffs of floral and first blush.
